AGILE PM, Consulting, Digital Transformation

I am building the Strategy and Transformation group of a global Consulting and IT services firm.

They have won a series of large scale Digital Transformation engagements with firms in the Travel, Leisure and Aviation sectors (household name, global firms)

As a result we have urgent requirements for experienced Project and PMO professionals with experience in delivering large scale AGILE / Digital Transformations to help with both the definition and delivery of these programmes

Candidates will have either have experience in:

(a) a competitor consulting firm (CapGemini, Accenture, IBM, CSC, CGI, Big4 - or similar)

(b) a role within industry, on large scale transformation initiatives supported by a 2:1 degree

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in a client facing role (consulting) or an internal role devising and delivering Transformational change

Experience working with an AGILE environment (Agile accreditation useful, not essential) Target Operating Model definition OR Process design/Process excellence

Experience working in one of the Project disciplines; PMO, Project Management, Project Initiation
