Our Banking client based in either London, Belfast, or Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a Customer Analyst. The candidate will have an excellent knowledge of coding using Teradata or SAS and have an expert knowledge of Excel tools.

The role

The successful candidate will conduct Analytical research using customer data to deliver stakeholder requirements on key products. The services will include Credit Cards, Loans, Overdrafts, and general financial products. The key element of the role is solving problems using data. The successful candidate will be a people person that is confident with public speaking and an excellent communicator as they will be presenting information back to the stakeholders.

Key Skills / Experience

* Insight generation, using the output of the data to support business decision making process and make recommendations

* A pure analyst

* Knowledge of the Financial market in any of the key areas:

* Lending / Loans

* Credit Cards

* Mortgages

* Overdraft

* Expert in Excel tools

* Coding using:

* Teradata

* SAS
