Contract Supervisor - Market-Leading Company

Our client is an integrated service provider that delivers a range of building, technical and telecoms services to a wide variety of sectors. They are now looking for a Contract Supervisor to join their team.

As the Contract Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for helping to deliver our client’s contracts to a high standard, within designated timeframes. 

Supporting the Contract Manager, you’ll safely manage all aspects of specified contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. 

You’ll effectively co-ordinate and motivate employees to ensure that contracts are executed in a cost-effective manner in-line with schedules. 

Additionally, you’ll facilitate communications with customers via reporting activities and assist the Contract Manager during meetings and reviews. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Raising material requisitions 

- Performing site visits to identify potential defects and improvements 

- Helping to investigate any incidents 

- Producing quotes for customers 

To be considered, you must have: 

- Experience of building fabric, M&E and construction activities across multi-disciplinary projects

- Previous experience of the commercial aspects of contracts

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Access 

As a Contract Supervisor, you must be an innovative team player with strong communication skills and a great eye for detail. Superb negotiation, time-management and prioritisation abilities are also key. 

Experience of working with the London Underground or tube lines would be beneficial, as would an HND construction and surveying diploma. The ability to read drawings and schematics would also be advantageous.
