Managing Quantity Surveyor (£55,000 - £63,000) - East Midlands - Permanent - Utilities

I am working on behalf of a Top UK Main Contractor who is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work in the East Midlands on utilities projects.

The company has a strong reputation as a great employer and have a proven track record of developing and promoting their own employees.

Onto of this, they offer an excellent benefits package on top which includes a very good company car or car allowance and a generous pension and bonus scheme.

My client has a very valuable order book with long-term secured work across a variety of projects.

Managing Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

-Experience working in the water, power, gas or telecoms industries

-Other experience working in a fast pace, high volume/low value work environment will be considered

-Previous experience of managing a team of commercial staff

-Excellent client relationship skills

-Strong contractual knowledge and experience

-Able to provide good reports direct to a Senior Commercial Manager

Managing Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: East Midlands

Other benefits: Excellent Car/Car allowance, very generous pension and bonus scheme, 25 days holiday
