1st Line Support / First Line Support / Help Desk Analyst / Initial 3 Month Contract / £110 / Edinburgh.
Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support / Help Desk Analyst to join a nationally recognised organisation in Edinburgh for an initial 3 month contract.
This role will require a start ASAP
The Role:
As a 1st Line Support you will sit within the IT department taking all first line calls and emails. This role will see the successful candidate dealing specifically with all IT issues/requests.
Essential Skills:
*Previous experience within an IT 1st Line role
*Experience using Windows, Active Directory and Blackberry software's
*Ability to communicate at different levels
*Available for a Monday start
