IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER - 6+ MONTH CONTRACT - EDINBURGH

Over the last 2 years my client, a key business services company has experienced exceptional growth and as a result require an additional IT Infrastructure Engineer to join their existing team. The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and service of the current Service System.

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage and investigate system infrastructure incidents

- Produce KPI report as and when required

- Provide support service delivery

- Ensure all incidents are escalated appropriately

- Provide OOH support as required

- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers

Essential Experience:

- MS Office Suite

- Windows Server

- Active Directory

- Group Policy

- SCCM

-Administration in a virtualised environment

- Endpoint Security

- Deep understanding of ITIL
