My client requires an experienced Senior Project Manager for their East Midlands location on a contract basis. You will be fully focused on the delivery of change into their contact centre.

You will need to be a PRINCE2 qualified Project Manager. You will bring with you a full appreciation of the complexities of delivering into a big business processes. You will work with the IT division to define the implementation plan, you will implement and embed new technical capabilities. It will be your responsibility to assess the current process and implement the most appropriate solutions to develop the work streams with the right support systems for the business

This role is working within financial services; however, candidates do not have to have had experience working within this industry, It is essential that candidates have experience of delivering change into Contact Centres
