The Client
An ALMO I have been working with located just outside of London requires a Business Analyst/Project Manager to take responsibility for a number of existing system projects along with day-to-day support.
The Role
The position as Business Analyst entails scoping the requirements from key internal stakeholders to fully understand project needs as follows;
* Requirements gathering and specification skills - including standard approaches for assimilation and presentation
* Conduct requirements elicitation and prioritisation with business stakeholders and the delivery team including functional, non-functional and technical requirements
* Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problem domain and express complexity in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* The ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional design
* Stakeholder (internal/external) relationship management
* Create and manage requirements documentation
* Support solution approach design, identify key design issues and develop options and recommendations to resolve.
* Create and manage functional specification together with creative, user experience and technical stakeholders
* Support the PMO during project planning and delivery, including estimation, risk management, briefing of technical and quality assurance teams, issue resolution, client status updates and testing
Essential Experience Required
* 5 years Business Analysis/Project Management
* 3 years in the Housing Association sector
* 5 years of Finance System experience
* Experience with Capita, Northgate, OrchardOracle, SQL Server & Salesforce
* Experience with CRM Dynamics is desirable
