Business analyst/ 3 month/ Edinburgh / January start/ £200- £300 day rate

My client is currently looking for a business analyst to join their service desk team. Initially it is a 3 month contract with a possible extension based in their office in Edinburgh. In this role you will be reporting to the ICT service desk delivery manager. You will be required to problem managed the service desk and work with an ITIL framework.

As the BA your role will be to find out the blockages/ holdbacks that the services desk currently endures and then present recommendations for improvement.

Key skills :

- Experience in Service Management working within an ITIL framework

- Detailed Knowledge of the following ITIL Service Management principles: Problem, Asset , Incident and Service Level management

- Working Knowledge of a corporate IT environment and how the technologies fit together to deliver a service

- Experience of leading a problem or incident investigations, including co-ordination of technical resources both internal and external

You will need a basic disclosure for this this role. The role is offering a day rate of £200 - £300.
