Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading telecoms clients.

Based in Birmingham on an initial 7 month contract the client are looking for an experienced Site Acquisition & Permitting Manager.

The successful candidate will be Responsible for overall project Site Acquisition and permitting activities

Key Activities and Skills:-

*Build and maintain the project Site Acquisition and permitting team

*Ensure Site Acquisition activities meet customer and client needs.

*To lead the permitting process with local authorities.

*Agree site model drawings, lease fee frames and lease approval process with client customers.

*Prepares together with project manager roll out schedule based on realistic lead times and fulfilling the customer time line.

*Follow up subcontractor resourcing and performance, prepare and implement corrective action.

*Organizes training and support to the local SA and permitting service suppliers as required.
