Software Developer / Software Engineer (OOP C# .Net Security Cryptology OpenSSL Bouncy Castle). Hugely successful Hedge Fund with multi-billion dollars under management is seeking a highly technical Software Developer with an interest in attack and defence technique for application security.

As a Software Developer you will design and develop shared software components for use by developers; libraries and controls to ensure the security of all in-house software systems, primarily developed in C#. You'll contribute to architecture and drive security best practice within the business.

As a Software Developer you'll be working with a team of extremely talented individuals with a technology driven organisation. Fantastic Central London office with a professional yet friendly and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

*Excellent record of academic achievement, 2.1 or above form a top tier university

*Genuine interest in attack and defence technique for application security (e.g. authentication, cryptocurrency, transaction systems integrity, reverse-engineering resistance / obfuscation, securing distributed systems, open source development security)

*Strong software development experience, ideally with C# but any Object Orientated language considered

*Experience working with crypto libraries (e.g. openSSL, bouncycastle), PKI or Active Directory security

*Appreciation of good software architecture and knowledge of platform internals: compilers, language VMs, operating systems, assembly code

*Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
