SAP Basis Architect: (SAP Basis, SAP Netweaver, IS-Oil, Oracle Database, ITIL3)
My client is looking for a SAP Basis Architect for a 3 month initial contract based in Sunbury offering a competitive daily rate.
The role is working in a global business and technology leader, innovating in research and development to shape the future of society at large. Working in a company always innovating and thinking ahead.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
* Ability to own and to lead discrete technical pieces of work and sets of activities
* Possesses deep technical expertise and experience in BASIS and closely associated technologies, as well as broad knowledge of other SAP areas and SAP tightly integrated systems.
Skills/Experience:
* AWS deployment experience for SAP Systems.
* Thorough understanding of SAP Netweaver architecture.
* Technical Lead: At least 6 years experience in managing the deployment of infrastructure to support SAP systems.
* Technical Analyst: at least 3 years experience in managing the deployment of infrastructure to support SAP systems.
* Ability to create excellent working relationships across multiple geographically dispersed technical delivery and support teams.
* An ability to manage complexity and seek common solutions to difficult problems while focusing on both the big picture and immediate needs
Nice to have skills:
* SAP Basis or Oracle Database Administration experience.
* Project Management experience
* Awareness of at least one project lifecycle methodology.
* ITIL3 awareness
