My market leading client in Chippenham are looking for an innovative Software Development Manager to lead a cross-functional Software Development team that includes Developers, QA Analysts, Product Managers etc. This will also include the management of third parties, so you will be an energetic and enthusiastic leader.
My client has a strong record of delivering and implementing complex information management applications and are the biggest company of its kind in the UK.
To be successful in this application you must have:
Extensive experience in Software Development and service delivery
Experience in a TDD and BDD environment
Agile and Waterfall experience
The ability to effectively manage and drive the performance of a team which will include all aspects of people management
