Senior C# Software Engineer

Location: Surrey

A truly exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Senior C# Software Engineer to join an exciting UK technology company.

As a Senior C# Software Engineer you will have excellent and proven experience delivering .NET applications that are robust, adaptive and scalable. You will love developing within the Microsoft Stack but always pick the right tool for the job. You will be working in an Agile team that values getting great features in front of users.

As a Senior C# Software Engineer you will work with a team of Software Developers to deliver products on time, exceptional attention to detail is required and you must be highly motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.

The Senior C# Software Developer will have the following experience:

*C# development

*Experience using SQL Server and developing in T-SQL, as well as other database experience

*ORMs like Entity Framework or nHibernate

*Agile principles; SOLID, TDD

*Unit testing

It would also be beneficial for the Senior C# software Engineer to have any of the flowing:

*Dependency injection frameworks

*NoSQL Databases such as Mongo DB

*Python, R or MATLAB

*Experience in other languages such as Scala or C++

*Parallel processing / multi-threading

*Numerical integration and nonlinear optimization

*Machine Learning techniques

*Large-scale computing challenges, and developing and deploying scalable applications using cloud services

*RESTful APIs and Micro Services
