Software Implementation Consultant - Leeds - £40-50,000
I'm working with a very successful Software House based in Central Leeds who are currently looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join them due to continued growth.
They design and build bespoke software products that are specific to the financial sector, so a background working in this field would be a massive advantage, but NOT ESSENTIAL.
In this role, your job is to liaise with customers and find out how they would like their software solution to work, draw up technical specifications for the development team and then implement the solution into the clients IT Infrastructure once it's been developed.
There is UK wide travel involved as part of this role and you will be on the road for about 40% of your time, the other 60% is working in the office working alongside the Software Developers, Solutions Architect and Project Manager.
You must;
* Be dedicated, hard-working with a willingness to learn new concepts in technology
* Have strong analytical and problem solving skills, leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
* Be able to configure software applications
* Have experience working with internal and external customers and stakeholders
* Have high quality standards
* Know the project delivery life cycle inside out
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Have excellent time management, organisation and task prioritisation skills
* Have knowledge of some or all of the following technologies; XML, JavaScript, HTML, SQL and Web Applications
