MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - London - £65,000

Our Client is currently implementing MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 and is looking for an internal Functional Consultant to work alongside the MS Vendor to improve the in-house system. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for working with end users and stakeholders to make sure requirements and business processes are understood. You will work alongside the vendor during the implementation while also taking over responsibilities System Manager once the implementation is complete. This role is offering the chance to guide the overall direction of the Dynamics CRM system while also being responsible for driving user adoption.

Candidates will be responsible for:

- Leading requirements gathering

- Establishing business processes

- MS CRM system configuration

- Working with MS Partner

Ideal candidates will have:

- 2+ years MS Dynamics CRM

- 3+ years Business Analysis

- Prior MS Partner experience a plus

- Experience creating workflows, or customizing fields, entities forms within MS CRM
