HR Analyst - TUPE

My client, a large UK retail bank, are looking for HR Analyst's to join their Edinburgh offices and work on a current TUPE change projects

This opportunity is to support business implementation of an allocated portfolio of change projects. You will provide analysis, subject matter expertise and support on change programmes to help ensure that people change is successfully implemented, and embedded into relevant business areas. Business change will include Restructures, TUPE change or other Org Design type changes , and previous experience of successfully implementing this type of change activity is a requirement.

Using strong analytical skills, you will us software to review and build relevant data; providing all relevant insight, identify risks and produce relevant reporting data as directed.

Skills and experience (Essential)

* Excel expert

* Strong Governance/Analytical experience

* Projects will be regularly audited so a strong attention to detail and organisation of data is a must

* Experience working within HR based role (Preferably working on a TUPE project)

Location - Edinburgh

Contract - 3 month and 12 month contracts

Rate - £270-300
