Job Title: Project Manager

Reporting To: Head of Service Delivery

Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18.00

Salary: £35 to £45K

Other benefits: TBC

The Role

The company is looking for a hands-on Project Manager with CRM experience to support the Technology team with scoping out and delivering a diverse range of initiatives. These projects will range from enhancements to our core CRM using Agile discipline to more general Business Change projects using a more traditional project approach, so experience in both is preferable.

Although project governance is extremely important to you, you must also thrive in an environment which is entrepreneurial in spirit. Understanding the people side of any change is as important as the project itself so you must be able to take everyone on the journey.

The Person

Key skills

* Certified Prince2 Practitioner (or equivalent)

* Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies

* Stakeholder management from end user to Board level

* Experience in delivering a mixture of IT and non-IT projects

* Capable of driving out Financial ROI/modelling and the realisation of any benefits

* Ability to work with ambiguous scope in a fast-paced environment

* Strong analytical mind-set with ability to think outside of the box

* Logical and objective approach with an attention to detail

* Strong communicator with an ability to work under pressure and deliver communication plans by engaging key business stakeholders

* Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite specifically Project, Visio, Excel, Word and other tools such as Planner.

* Resilient, tenacious, and able to maintain performance under pressure and to work under own initiative as well as part of a team

* Good organisational skills, able to set goals and prioritise actions

The candidate duties will include but not restricted to:

* Full Project Lifecycle Management across multiple projects across group functions

* Documentation of business case and relevant project documentation for specific project/change activity

* Engagement with department colleagues to document, understand and challenge requirements for the solution

* Liaison with developers and 3rd party suppliers to document functional specification and design technology solutions

* Supporting the wider business change programme governance and introducing relevant gateways and controls

* Management of actual and virtual teams
