Leading Insurer are currently seeking the talents of a Programme Manager Officer (PMO) to come in and support the build out of a new change function.

Candidates applying to this role should have previous experience of the following:

- Working across the Insurance sector

- Previous experience of setting up brand new change programmes/divisions from initiation

- Experience of managing large programmes of change and hiring for them

- Understanding of Project management lifecycle, methodology and standards - prince 2 practitioner or equivalent

- Experience of the Financial Services Insurance industry and re-insurance, candidates should be familiar with the Insurance terminology

- You will be able to demonstrate strong experience around Project Control, Financial Controls, Business Requirements Definition, Risk Management, Quality Management and stakeholder management. Working as part of the highly experienced director team you will provide a Project Management resource across a number of Greenfield Work Streams.

- In addition to the classic PM skills need this person will have a background within SDLC projects with an appreciation for both the technical and functional aspects of a successful delivery.
