Senior Project Manager (software) - London - £75,000 + Car Allowance + 20% bonus

Are you a Senior Project Manager and a seasoned professional who is able to provide advise to non-technical stakeholders on all areas of the software development cycle?

You will liaise with BA's, Developers, Testers and will be responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

* May oversee other projects/programs and track key performance indicators for assessment and mitigation of risks.

* Commits to deliverables with customers and/or management.

* Selects tools and methodologies for projects.

* Manages one or more projects of medium to high complexity.

* Partners with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

* Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources (people/money) of the work effort being managed.

* Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.

* Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, and time-line issues appropriately.

* Uses project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, while adhering to high quality standards and meeting customer expectations.

You must have experience managing software development projects and have during the course of your career worked directly with code as a software developer.
