They want every aspect of their customer experience, including renewing contracts, referring friends and using vouchers, to be a great one, and you’ll play a key role in realising this ambition.

As the Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating innovative software that further enhances our client’s customer experience.

In this diverse role, you’ll collaborate with Software Engineers, Designers, Developers, technical suppliers and stakeholders to create outstanding solutions that exceed KPIs.

Creating high quality user stories and acceptance criteria, you’ll gain a strong understanding of customers through surveys, focus groups and in-depth analytics.

You’ll consistently remove dependencies to ensure that you can create products even quicker in the future. Additionally, you’ll manage key third party relationships, including software providers.

Do you have what it takes to shake up the energy industry? To be considered, you’ll need:

- A proven track record as a product manager

- Experience of analytics tools and using data to help prioritise your roadmap

- Previous experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced and competitive environment

- A degree (or equivalent)

As the Product Manager, you must be articulate and results-driven with a highly collaborative approach. Organised and determined, you must also have excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
