My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for an experience Change Management Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with strong growth potential.

You will be responsible for:

* Ensuring the correct documentation and authorisation of change requests

* Change scheduling and back ups

* Management of change requests from a priority and allocation perspective

* Monitoring request statuses and highlighting these to the wider business

* Constant review and upgrading of change management processes

What experience do you need?

* In order to be a suitable candidate for this role you will be required to have the following experience:

* Technical change management admin experience

* Working within a software environment

* Strong verbal and written skills

* ITIL V3 certification

* Change management experience within a commercial establishment
