A Top Tier Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf are recruiting for a Project/Programme Manager to be an influential driver for their Live/Web Chat Digital Channel implementation which sits within their Global Multi-Channel Transformation Programme.

It is essential that the successful candidates has the following experience:

* Ability to operate at Programme Level and implement a Live/Web Chat Channel.

* Live/Web Chat channel experience

* Global Experience

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Open to industry experience but preference being Telecoms and/or Financial Services,
