In this role you will deliver insightful and actionable marketing analysis, building demand and attribution models to support the business in making informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

*Instilling industry good/best practice into the analytical community so that they deliver the insight to maximise the value from available internal and external data.

*Provide coaching and mentoring of colleagues that delivers career development.

*Lead or support the evolution of the analytics culture including the promotion of best practices, challenge of the status quo, the collaborative use of data and championing data-driven, fact-based decision making frameworks.

*Leading the design, development and deployment of econometric and attribution models to describe and predict the effectiveness of marketing spend across our channels.

*Apply industry best practice modelling techniques and advanced analytical processes to model the relationships between marketing spend and the customer path to purchase to ensure the Business has the appropriate tools to make informed commercial decisions.

*Ensuring that our models are built and used within a robust modelling control framework, adhering to our modelling and monitoring standards while retaining agility in development and deployment.

*Contributing to the general management of Analytics, and the wider business through membership of relevant working groups.

Skills and experience:

*Manage delivery of demand modelling and attribution solutions using industry good practice

*Expert use of SAS/R or object oriented programming

*Able to coach standard modelling techniques with appropriate rigour

*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to translate advanced analytical output into relevant business context

*Strong numerate degree. Post graduate degree desirable

*Excellent track record in delivering analysis and insight

*Application of statistical and financial modelling skills to deliver better decisions

*Experience of designing and deploying analytical solutions to drive long term value
