We have an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, experienced and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join a fast-paced and dynamic Service Desk based at our offices in the centre of Cambridge.
About the role:
You will be a part of a challenging team and the single point of contact for 2000+ users across multiple sites in the UK and internationally.
Providing 1st/2nd line support of 500+ applications you will be expected to provide a consistent, high quality service remotely and over the phone.
The software support will vary from standard MS Office products and commercial packages to multiple in-house developed applications.
About you:
You will have proven experience of providing 1st/2nd line technical support in a large Windows 7/8/10 environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft desktop configuration, network infrastructure and Active Directory
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be customer service focused, a team player and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
Skilled at multi-tasking and able to handle high volumes of incidents and service requests
Microsoft certification and ITIL qualification is preferred
