An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Edinburgh office, working with and supporting a team of Senior Recruitment Consultants & Account Managers.

The key purpose of the role will be to work alongside a Senior Recruitment Consultant, assisting them in sourcing talented IT professionals for the vacancies they are managing.

You will be using the company database, and access to online job boards to identify prospective candidates, and then speaking to them over the phone to assess their suitability for the role.

You will also be involved in proactively creating a pipeline of talented professionals using social media such as LinkedIn and Twitter, to build our talent pool for future assignments and increasing our knowledge of the local market.

Every day we have new vacancies coming in, and we work in a very fast paced and target driven environment. You will be working to tight deadlines for clients, and expected to put in the hours required to hit targets and achieve results.

However, we have a close knit team of people who like to have fun, as well as work hard and we have a lovely working environment. The Edinburgh office is located on Princess street opposite the Castle in a beautiful serviced office building, with open plan seating.
