Nielsen Games is looking for a motivated, research-savvy Client Manager to join our growing team as we help our clients make decisions and succeed in the dynamic video game industry. The Brand Tracking Manager's primary responsibilities are to manage a global tracker for a major Gaming brand. This involves designing, developing and executing program, managing global program on a day to day basis with focus on European region, interfacing with client to consult and report on key business questions. The role involves a minimum of 1 to 2 days a week on-site at the client's office in London.

Other duties includes

- Designs, develops and continuously improves program, meeting global and regional needs

- Contribute to questionnaires, coding, and table preparation with Project Management staff

- Adapts program to on-going and seasonal needs (targets, brands, season,…)

- Prepares designs and estimates costs of add-on projects, with supervision

- Monitors changes in job costs and communicates cost changes to client, as needed

- Supervises and contributes to development and implementation of analytical, forecasting and automation tools development

- Manages and collaborates with a team of up to 5 people specifically dedicated to the program

- Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner

- Overviews reporting and provides insightful conclusions and recommendations

- Prepares and presents reports to clients

- Manage day-to- day client contact with European team mostly, but also US team.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Significant experience within the Market Research or a related field

- Experience with brand management and brand tracker in general

- Experience with predictive statistics, analytics and forecasting model

- Experience with the gaming industry is a plus
