Are you a Design Manager who is looking to join a UK leading Construction Main Contractor in a varied and technically challenging role?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to play a key management role and use your technical skills and construction knowledge in high-end and bespoke multi-million pound accommodation development projects.

The company has been established for 30 years and work on tailored projects for a variety of blue-chip and public sector clients across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Design Manager looking to join a successful and expanding company.

The Role:

-Design Manager in bespoke multi-million pound construction projects

-Leading the design team and overseeing the work on-site

-Taking concept design through to construction handover

-Permanent position within established construction company offering excellent package

The Person:

-Design Management/Senior Design Coordinator experience

-Excellent knowledge of construction process from pre-construction to delivery

-Looking to work on a variety of projects for an industry leading company as a permanent role
