Embedded Software Engineer (Radar)

Responsibilities includes:

* Design, implementation, and documentation of embedded software components for advanced driver assistance systems on the latest generation processors

* Design and execution of automatized software module tests (SIL & HIL)

* Participation in design and project reviews

* Failure analysis and bug fixing

* Evaluating internal and external software design change requests Evaluation of system requirements

* Participation on software quality reviews and audits

The ideal candidate must have:

* Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math or equivalent technical field

* Multi-year of experience in Automotive Software development

* Extended experience in implementing automotive software components in C and C++

* Experience in software quality processes and testing levels (Unit Tests, Integration Test, System Test)

* Extended understanding of automotive and driver assistance products including:

Radar-based driver assistance features (Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), etc.)

Automotive Software Architecture (AUTOSAR, etc.)

Common communication interfaces (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, SPI, UART, etc.)

Functional Safety and ASIL-rated products (ISO26262)

Automotive software development processes (V-Cycle, ASpice)

Software qualification processes and tools (QAC/QACPP, Cantata, etc.)

Automotive-related guidelines, norms and specification (MISRA, etc

* Experience in software quality tools (Cantata, QAC, Coverity, Tessy)

* Experience in Vector automotive interface access and simulation tools (Vector CANeo, etc.)

* Experience in Driver Assistance Development Frameworks (ADTF, etc.)

* Basic understanding in scripting languages (Matlab, Python, etc.)

* Basic understanding of software design tools (Enterprise Architect, IBM Rapsody)

* Pronounced capability to work in distributed global team environment

* Readiness to travel to both domestic and international engineering locationExcellent communication and presentation skills
