We are looking for a strong SAP FI/HR Lead. This is a great opportunity to come and grow your experience and skills and for the right candidate the size and scope of the team and its integrations will provide a variety of opportunities to progress

We have developed a strong Centre of Excellence with close relationships with the Business community and with the wider IS Teams. The landscape in use covers a wide range of cutting edge SAP Solutions such as HANA, Fiori and some Cloud Based solutions including Success Factors along with the Core SAP suite. The team is made up of experienced Functional Consultants and is geared around delivering optimal solutions because, as a University Department, we place a high level of value on Training and Developing our staff.

To be considered for this role you should have considerable configuration experience together with a capability to define enhancements through functional specifications and assist with the creation and execution of test cases.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Provide governance and leadership to the SAP FICO

Business Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management

Act as principal liaison between business key users and the CoE for investigating, analysing, and implementing SAP business solutions

Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and leadership on leveraging the capabilities of SAP FICO business stakeholders.

Monitor key SAP business processes to ensure they are being followed and where improvement is needed, collaboratively introducing appropriate activities with business users to drive adoption.

Provide excellent responsiveness for level 2 and 3 business support requests.

Provide high-quality mentoring, knowledge transfer and training for SAP FICO to business super users, end-users and existing SAP CoE team members

Deliver configuration enhancements from concept to solution (change requests)

Continual evaluation of new SAP technology and innovations which could be of potential use to Cambridge Assessment.

Produce high quality end-to-end solutions for new and existing projects (blueprints, gap analysis, functional specifications, build and test management, etc.)

Line management of small FICO team and Small HR Success factors team

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

Relevant experience in SAP projects and implementations.

A minimum of 2 full project life cycles and an in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO

o Demonstrated track record of thought leadership in FICO

o Working understanding of HR processes

o Business process analysis and redesign experience.

Strong business analysis skills.

Proficiency in process mapping.

Business process redesign and implementation.
