Our Property & Network Development team is no exception. Always looking at how our portfolio of property across office, delivery and fulfilment centres meets current demand and future growth plans, our Project Managers help us continue to deliver significant year on year business growth within the delivery network to provide increased capacity.

We are looking for high calibre individuals from a broad range of industries, whether you are a Project Manager, Property Professional or Functional Manager, the important thing to us is that you are innovative, intelligent and are willing to go the extra mile to succeed. You will need to possess exceptional communication skills with a requirement to manage the expectations of senior stakeholders up to and including the executive board.

Key Responsibilities

Providing support in the delivery of multiple projects across various business streams that vary in terms of complexity, size and duration.Largely a project management role, you may also be accountable for assisting in property acquisition, concept development and commercial analysis.Responsible for interactions with both internal and external teams, managing cross functional stakeholders and obtaining relevant buy in and approvals.

What are we looking for?

Project management experience within a property, logistics or retail related environment.Strong influencing and negotiating skills with both internal clients and external parties.Excellent organisation and time management skills.The ability to quickly analyse situations, mitigate risks and develop opportunities.Flexibility and a full clean driving licence will be needed as this role will involve occasional travel to inspect sites (in the UK & potentially internationally).
