Are you an Agile Coach looking for a new role working alongside talented delivery teams?

I am currently looking for an Iteration Manager to join a well-known organisation based in Glasgow on a permanent basis. You will be working along-side the organisations delivery team, coaching and helping the team to perform at their best.

You will be involved in reporting progress, working closely with the Product Owner and facilitating meetings to ensure product backlog is maintained.

This is a key position within the organisation as you are ensuring that the team and organisation are following Agile practices to ensure that work is carried out collaboratively.

You should have experience of:

- Expert knowledge in Agile methodologies

- A strong understanding of software development processes and procedures

- Understanding of incremental delivery approach and the value of metrics

- Knowledge in backlog tracking, burndown/burnup metrics

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams to success

- Knowledge of other Agile approaches is highly desirable (Scrum, XP, Kanban etc.)

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Tester or Developer is highly advantageous
