Voice Application Developer

Day to day duties include project delivery within an award winning User Experience and Development teams by crafting voice solutions to the highest standards, customising current applications in line with changing business needs, and developing solutions alongside Google and Amazon’s teams. This is a great opportunity for individuals wanting to work with cutting edge technology in a rapidly expanding sector.

To be considered, you will have experience in:

- C#

- ASP.NET Framework 4.5, asp.net core, coreclr

- Asynchronous programming

- ASP.NET MVC

- Software design patterns

- Writing unit and integration tests

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience developing API applications

- Extensive knowledge and experience of REST and API design

- Ability to pick up and learn existing projects quickly

- Focus on performance and know how to get the best out of code

- Ability to determine unique and creative solutions to problems within a rapid development environment

- A quick learner who is comfortable picking up new technologies

- Ability to provide accurate estimations and work within budget

- Application development on both Windows and OS X

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms Docker, Azure, AWS

- Good understanding of high availability architecture design

- Experience of test-driven Development

- Experience of continuous integrations and app build and delivery systems

- Experience of working with server side application and APIs

- Experience of writing secure applications, coding defensively

- Experience of OAuth and token based authentication
