Real Staffing's Digital health division has partnered with a digital healthcare company who specialises in providing solutions for integrated care. The client has a market leader within the social care department for the last 10 years. You will be joining the social services team
Role Purpose:
As a system consultant you will be responsible for providing full lifecycle product support (training needs analysis, course design, training delivery and consultancy support) for all the applications. Working in collaboration with training manager you will be developing training programmes, help product system documentation, and assess and triage software change requests and faults.
Experience:
* 5 years training experience.
* 3 years' experience of working as an IT trainer or similar.
* 2 years' experience in a health or social care related field.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office.
* Analysing, investigating and solving issues.
* Ability to work towards tight deadlines.
* Must have good interpersonal skills.
* Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner.
