Spring Technology's notable client based in Manchester is looking to hire a Senior Software Developer on a permanent basis. The annual salary for this role will be paying from £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for implementing high quality software components in accordance with project requirements and overall system architecture.

Key Responsibilities -

- Producing innovative design against challenging user and performance requirements.

- Providing prototypes where appropriate to explore and verify design proposals.

- Applying Agile methodology to the development cycle.

- Analysing and making recommendations on development tools.

- Implementing approved designs and ensuring adherence to product quality and acceptance criteria.

- Mentoring team members throughout the development cycle.

- Monitoring and maintaining modularity of system Architectures.

- Working with adaptive development methodology to deliver systems that exceed customer expectations and achieve the highest quality.

Essential Criteria -

- Considerable recent development experience in JavaScript (client and server side).

- Single page app development using a client side MVC framework such as Angular.

- Development of RESTful Web APIs.

- Considerable object oriented design and software architecture experience

- Configuration management knowledge (GIT)

Desirable Criteria -

- Experience of developing user interfaces using React

- Developing software using a microservices architecture or SOA

- Some knowledge of C++ would be a bonus.

- End to end testing experience (Selenium, Protractor)
