The role:

The project manager will be responsible for delivering project deliverables within specified timescales and budgets. The project Manager will be a key member of the wider Projects Group and have the ability to manage the end to end management of projects.

Key responsibilities:

* Identifying internal and external resources required for projects

* Produce relevant project plans to and identifying core project outcomes

* Provide man management of project teams

* Liaises with company stakeholders to hold checkpoint meetings

* Manage the changes of projects efficiently

* Conduct relevant risk assessments if required

* Manage the full project budget and liaise with relevant financial departments to understand budgets

* Provide relevant status reports if required

* Make key decision's on behalf of the project teams

Key skills & experience:

* Candidates should have an understanding of Prince 2 methodologies

* An understanding of Agile would also be highly desirable

* Strong communication skills is essential for this role

* Previous budget control experience

* A solid background managing multiple projects is essential for this role, this includes both large scale and complex projects

* An understanding of matric management programme or Business as usual (BAU) is highly desirable

*Managing projects within: Financial services, Retail or Telecoms industries

* Delivering projects that involved product integration into other departments would be advantageous (not essential)

Finally any experience working with Contact Centres would be highly advantageous
