Our client provides innovative business IT support and training services. Due to ongoing growth, they’re now looking for an additional Software Developer to join their passionate team.
Within an innovative and stimulating environment, you will have the chance to significantly grow your abilities in software development and related disciplines.
As a Software Developer, you’ll be responsible for creating a range of exciting solutions for customers.
In this varied role, you’ll be involved with four or five simultaneous projects at any given time, ranging from Sage integrations to handheld app development and SQL databases.
Working alongside a highly skilled team, you’ll have the chance to learn and work with development products such as PHP, Java, VBA, NVC, Yamarin, JSON, Telerik and XML.
Specifically, your duties will involve:
- Developing and supporting products in C#, .NET, ASP.NET and SQL
- Using both Windows and web-based application development
- Testing beta version software
- Providing prompt and professional responses to customers’ requests
- Remotely supporting installations
- Developing training materials and documenting projects

- Software development experience
- A sample of your development work
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport (due to our client’s location)
Our client also undertakes Microsoft Office development and VBA projects and so are also keen to speak with Office Developers who are looking to up-skill in other disciplines.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, as a Software Developer, you’ll be able to work well, both in a team and on your own initiative. Strong communication skills are also key, as is a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
