Graduate Sales Support Engineer (Mechanical)

Hampton, Middlesex

£25,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Training + 24 Days Holiday + Pension

Excellent role on offer for a Graduate Engineer with some industry experience looking to join a well-organised and professional, world leading company where you will work within a dynamic team where you will have an opportunity to progress into Sales Engineering or into a technical engineering route.

This company specialise in the design and manufacture of specialist sealing technologies. They have multiple sites across the globe and this is their largest and flag ship site where they carry out the design and manufacture all in house. Due to an internal promotion they are therefore looking to recruit an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering Graduate with industry experience that they can train and develop.

You will work within the Technical Sales and Customer Support team which is a dynamic and close knit team. You will process orders, generate price quotations, carry out BOMs, liaise with production and sales teams, admin and shipping departments to ensure efficient deliveries to customers and also provide technical support to customers.

This is a technically orientated role therefore once trained on their products you will communicate new developments or products and educating customers on products and solutions as well as offering technical support.

This role would ideally suit someone who has a Mechanical Engineering Degree with some experience of working within a manufacturing environment who has experience of carrying out estimations, quotes or costing's that is looking for a mixed role where you will use your Engineering Degree as well as your communication skills whilst working for a growing business where you will be well looked after.

The Role:

* Technical Support to customers, field sales engineers and overseas agents

* Process orders

* Liaise with all internal departments to ensure clients' needs are met

* Doing estimating, quotes and costing's

* Customer point of contact

* Excellent training and development

* Progression to move into Sales Engineering or to become more technical

* £25,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Training + 24 Days Holiday + Pension

The Person:

* Graduate Sales Support Engineer

* Mechanical Engineering Degree

* Must have some experience within a manufacturing environment

* Must be able to do estimating, quotes or costing's

* Must have excellent communication skills

* Must live local to Middlesex or serious about relocating to the area
