Lecturer - Technical Construction / Civil Engineering

This outstanding College has an impressive track record, and Due to a bustling engineering department are now looking to add support to their permanent team.

This role will suit an established lecturer or an experienced Civil engineer looking for a new direction in their career (must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification). You will be teaching levels 3, 4 & 5.

The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable, have a strong civil/construction background and love a challenge. You will also possess a passion of engineering, enthusiasm, and a self-sufficient attitude coupled with the motivation to teach and get involved in curriculum development.

The Role:

*Delivering college lectures, & units in both Civil Engineering and Construction Pathways

*To support students achieving their individual learning goals

*Teaching civil/construction courses at levels 3, 4 & 5

The Person:

*A degree or equivalent is essential together with a high level Mathematics qualification

*Teaching qualification preferred or ability to obtain one essential

*A good communicator and a vibrant personality & a desire to pass knowledge on to the next generation
