Our client is a leading software provider that creates products for the construction and field service industry. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Advisor to join their growing and friendly team. 

Working within a sociable, open plan office in a vibrant area of Bristol, you’ll have the chance to help maintain our client’s reputation for providing brilliant technical support. You’ll participate in important office discussions (usually regarding American football, storm troopers and cats) and gain exposure to their wide range of innovative products.

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of software support to customers via the telephone, email and live chat (our client uses Zendesk). 

Working as part of a growing and friendly team, you’ll take ownership of a wide range of technical and implementation issues, whilst providing an outstanding level of service to customers.

- A strong technical understanding of Windows 

- An excellent telephone manner

- An IT qualification or equivalent IT support experience
