Salary - £65,000 to £75,000

Ever expanding and award winning company requires an experienced Development Manager who has prior experience developing and operating within an Omni Channel Environment. This client has proven success since the early 1900's and has continued to show growth year on year.

To be successful with this opportunity you will need to display the highest level of technical engineering capability and experience within software development, which includes interface development, hosting, release and config. Also you must be an expert in various methodologies and whole lifecycle requirements through to deployment.

The Successful Architect will come from a strong Development background who has worked there way up from Web / Application Developer to Architect.

You will be joining a company during a very exciting time, they have witnessed continued growth year on year and this position is only available due to expansion of the company.

Attributes & Experience

* Expert in various methodologies.

* Infrastructure expertise would be highly regarded - ITIL TOGAF etc

* Target operating model development and the ownership of software development partners.

* Experience & Belief in Agile methods, UX design and experiment driven innovation

* Well seasoned in providing leadership to medium sized technology teams including leading change and capability growth within mid to large enterprise businesses i.e led the whole software delivery function.

* Ability to lead and inspire people to deliver exceptional outcomes and drive performance.

This is a permanent position we unfortunately cannot consider contractors for this role.
