Senior Project Manager and Project Director A rapidly expanding CRO who are looking for a Senior Project Manager and a Project Director to join the team based in Berkshire. Previous CRO experience is essential.Project DirectorSalary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum DOE plus benefitsRequirements:

'€¢Life Sciences graduate'€¢Good spoken (fluent) and written English.'€¢Unlikely to have less than 10 years' experience in Clinical Research.'€¢Extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organisation (CRO),'€¢Extensive amount of active management of clinical research projects across functional areas, including full project life cycle management'€¢Experience leading multi-functional teams across large global programmes (including those with a large financial value, multiple vendors, complicated structures etc.)'€¢Financial awareness and the ability to manage financial tracking systems, including knowledge of financial control procedures/costing systems'€¢Strong negotiation skills'€¢Excellent communications skills, including confidence in presenting to large and influential groups'€¢Experience in rare/oncology/complex indications preferred'€¢Experience in line management advantageous  

Senior Project ManagerSalary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE plus benefitsRequirements:

'€¢Life Sciences graduate'€¢Good spoken (fluent) and written English.'€¢Unlikely to have less than 8 years' experience in Clinical Research with 3 years as PM'€¢Significant clinical research experience in a contract research organisation (CRO),'€¢Significant amount of active management of clinical research projects across functional areas'€¢Experience leading multi-functional teams across large projects (including those with a large financial value, multiple vendors, complicated structures etc.)'€¢Financial awareness and the ability to manage financial tracking systems, including knowledge of financial control procedures/costing systems'€¢Strong negotiation skills'€¢Excellent communications skills, including confidence in presenting to large and influential groups'€¢Experience in rare/oncology/complex indications preferred
