Their specialised Salesforce.com practice are now urgently seeking a Salesforce Chief Technical Archiect to join their team for the new year!

The Salesforce Chief Technical Architect will not only play an integral part in further executing international and globalization projects - but will also form a central role in the development of the UK CRM business, opportunity & delivery success.

As a Salesforce Chief Technical Architect, you will manage the full development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale. Using your broad knowledge across multiple development platforms, the Salesforce Chief Technical Architect will be drawing on their skills in assessing customer architecture to design secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.

The ideal Salesforce Chief Technical Architect will have:

* At least 5 - 6 years hands on Salesforce.com consulting experience

* Salesforce.com Certified Developer or Advanced Developer

* Understands large-scale system implementation processes and methods

* Ability to lead small development teams with project resources that report elsewhere.

* Proficient in range of business environments, i.e; commercial, auto insurance etc.

* Experience in the full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementation

* Subject matter expertise in CRM Delivery and Strategy

* Proven experience of Architecture and Design of complex applications experience in Enterprise Applications.

* Integration technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to:

SOAP, REST, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL and/or EJB. Strong object oriented design and implementation experience.
