C++ Software Engineer

We have a number of exciting Software Engineer vacancies available for a nice SME company working within the Broadcast / DTV / STB industry based in the Thames Valley area. The ideal Software Engineer will be experienced with C++, QT and GUI development.

You will join a growing, enthusiastic team working on market leading, cutting edge analysis products. As C++ Software Engineer you will design and implement innovative features and you will also design new tools to harness the ever changing technical landscape, as well as increase the brand portfolio.

As Software Engineer you will use C++14 to do everything from hardware abstraction, through to back-end infrastructure right up to GUI across multiple platforms from embedded to desktop. You will also use QT features to accelerate the development time, therefore a pragmatic approach to software development is required.

As C++ Software Engineer you will have experience with:

-C++ software development

-Graphical User Interfaces ( GUI )

-Software Design

- Linux and embedded Linux Drivers would be a bonus but not essential

-Any Audio / Video experience would be a huge plus but not essential
