The company is currently recruiting for the following exciting role to join the company based in Banbury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysis, interpretation and presentation of data drawn from a number of range of sources both internal and external, to identify opportunities and threats and aid management decision. You will work in a fast paced team and have the opportunity to work with colleagues at different levels. It's important that the successful Data Analyst is able to analyse and interpret given information in order to use them efficiently for the benefit of the company. They will also be responsible for checking trends and forecasting.

It's a role for someone who is keen to grow and develop, influence business decisions and work as a part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

* To analyse and interpret business data using a range of data analysis tools and presentation tools

* To develop forecasting models to project both market and business performance

* To support the development of a data driven marketing strategy by conducting value pool analysis and profiling clients and prospects in order to identify distinct segments

* To identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by profiling existing client base

* To analyse and track Key Performance Indicators and produce regular updates

* To track Marketing performance and produce campaign reports

* To track performance new of sales initiatives and monitor ROI

* To produce client loss reports and attrition rate analysis

* To support the Product function by building an understanding of performance across our key segments, products and channels to market

* To support the Sales function by responding to ad hoc requests for information

* To support operating companies with sales reporting requirements and drive adoption of CRM

* To support PR and content team by providing business analysis

* To work with colleagues within the Insight function to provide a holistic view of the insight we hold

Key Requirements:

* Experience - Data Analysis experience , Use of CRM systems and report writing tools

* Skills - Numerical and communication skills , Excel and Microsoft Office suite, Excellent analytical skills

* Qualifications - Graduate ( ideally business related)

Desirable for the role:

* Experience - MS Access, SQL

* Skills - Presentation skills, data analysis
