1st Line Support Analyst - ITIL, Active Directory, Blackberry, Mitel - Edinburgh - Up to £120 per day
The Company
Spring Technology's client is a public sector body in Edinburgh that is currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join the team for an initial 3 month contract.
The Role: 1st Line Support Analyst
As an established 1st Line Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT support to staff and customers across a variety of platforms.
Responsibilities include:
*Providing 1st line end user support on hardware and software issues to various staff and customer groups throughout the client's facilities
*Supporting 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve issues from the service desk
*Ensuring that incidents are resolved in line with agreed SLA's
*Maintaining an incident log of outstanding and completed queries
Essential Experience:
*Previous experience in a 1st line support role or similar
*A hard work ethic and customer focused approach
* Demonstrable knowledge of systems and platforms including Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Blackberry mobile platforms and Mitel
*Strong problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
