ISL Recruitment is working in partnership with a client based on the outskirts of Gloucester, in Stonehouse to bring on board a Software Development Manager (.NET; MVC; SQL). This is fantastic opportunity for a Manager to come in and head up to the Development team, reporting into the CTO.

You will be leading a small team who are growing due to a very successful 2016! You will be coding 50% and managing 50% of the time. The technologies used onsite are MVC; .NET; SQL therefore you will be comfortable coding in these languages. As the Software Development Manager you will have a proven track record in project management and be comfortable and confident in liaising with the customers both over the phone and face to face. This will ensure the customer is getting a product which is exactly to their requirements.

As the Software Development Manager you will also be involved in recruiting Developers. My client operate with Agile working methodologies, therefore experience working in an Agile environment will be very advantageous.
