The Customer Services System Analyst is responsible for:
* Collaborating with project stakeholders at all levels to understand their problems and capture, define and agree business requirements, business workflows and system requirements.
* Support and management of issues fixes and functionality changes for the ERP Systems that support Commercial & Hire Control business processes in the North Sea, Africa, Brazil and APAC Operating Companies including but not limited to the following key activities
? ERP Super User Support
? Training
? Troubleshooting
? Creating specifications & "Case for Change" applications
? Test plans as applicable
? Liaising with 3rd Line Support Partners
? Testing & delivery of fixes & changes to live
* Support and administration of ERP access rights & roles;
* Working closely with BI Analyst & ERP Super Users on development of robust, fit for purpose Business Intelligence solutions for the Commercial & Customer Services business functions.
* Supporting System Audits as required
* Support development & control of Master Data Governance for Commercial & Customer Services business data for key ERP systems (x2)
Principal Accountabilities
* System Analyst provides 1st and 2nd Line Helpdesk Support for key ERPs (x2).
* System Analyst advises ERP stakeholders on ways to make ERP related business processes more efficient and productive.
* System Analyst provides initial analysis of "business needs" for proposed changes to the ERP and preparation of cost / benefit justification of the cost of associated system changes. (Case for Change)
* In tandem with Business Stakeholders and Business Systems Team Members, System Analyst is responsible for management and delivery of the complete "Software Development Life Cycle" of associated system changes - working with third party support & partner vendors as directed by Central IT Management.

Technical Qualifications
* Must have experience in AX 2009 or AX2012 R2 Project module, any proprietary add on "Hire Control" modules
* Preferably have experience in Infor M3 ERP V5.2.3 or other AS400 based ERP solutions
* Preferably have experience in navigation of MS SSRS 2009 reports
* Preferably have experience in working with SharePoint 2013 Online
* Must have Intermediate level skills in Office 2013 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Skype for Business
* Preferably have Basic level skills in MS Project
Experience
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
* Must have Business Process Mapping & Requirements Elicitation skills;
* Must have experience in creation of Functional Specifications through to Test Plans
* Preferably have experience in Master Data Management & Governance;
* Must have proven problem solving skills;
* Must have strong stakeholder management, conflict management and business prioritisation skills;
* Must be able to remain calm and reasoned under pressure, customer focused;
* Must have broad IT business system / application experience at Super User level or above;
