We are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading Financial Services client in London to help them with an exciting Consumer Mortgages Business Implementation project to deliver of Direct mortgages. Standard PM Qualities are to be expected; planning and plan management, risk and issue management, resource management, project financial management and communications. Experience with DPR Mortgage System and a good level of regulatory knowledge relating to the UK Mortgage Regulations is extremely desirable.

Deliverables

1. Update and Maintain the Business implementation project plan with project activities, dependencies, pre-requisites, resourcing and work complete. Upload into PMO document library weekly.

2. Update the project RAID logs on a weekly basis.

3. Run project working groups and coordinate delivery from all project resources.

4. Run stakeholder Steering Group meetings to report progress to senior stakeholders every 2 weeks.

5. Provide input to Programme reporting via a weekly project highlight report due by close of play each Friday.

6. Maintain the quality of project collateral and deliverable.

7. Track and report project finances via weekly reporting update.

8. Provide Continuous Improvement feedback into PMO via maintaining a project lessons learnt log and enhancing PMO process where possible.

Day rates are highly competitive.
