As Digital Analyst, your focus is on the analysis of website performance and the accurate measurement of online KPIs'.
Responsibilities:
-Undertake & own team projects as per the Digital Analytics road-map
-Buidling automated reports and dynamic dashboards specific to relevant stakeholders
-Ensure all digital data is correctly interpreted before being made public via reporting/dashboards
-KPI creation & definition
-Provide key stakeholders with the insight required to support confident decision making and drive change
-Support the deployment of new Digital technologies online
Skills and experience:
-Data analysis
-Strong written & verbal communication skills
-Influencing skills - challenging business opinions with data driven insight.
-Experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe / Google Analytics)
-Experience of MS Excel (to an advanced level) and BI reporting tools - SAS
-Experience of work within Financial Services a plus.
